What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Public Notice

We Samuel Smith Old Brewery (Tadcaster) Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council for Variation of a Premises Licence at Healaugh Park, Yarm, Cleveland, TS15 9XN and known as Golden Jubliee.

The application is to permit the following licensable activities:
To extend the opening hours by one hour from 10.00 to 23.00 on a Saturday only.

Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 19th October 20206 and send to: The Licensing Service Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council Dunedin House Columbia Drive Thornaby Stockton-on-Tees TS17 6BJ

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (expect Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9am to 4pm or on the website.

It is an offence to knowingly and recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
