Late Night Refreshment Monday To Sunday 23:00 - 00:00.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Merton Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or by email to: licensing@merton.gov.uk, by 19 October 2026. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at: The Offices of The Licensing Authority, at the above address between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by The Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website: www.merton.gov.uk. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
