Anyone wishing to make representations can do so by email to: licensing@harrow.gov.uk, by 20th October 2026. Representations must be based on one or more of the four Licensing Objectives prevention of crime & disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm. Please note that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies of the full representations (including personal details) will be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons making representations must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before the Licensing Committee of the Council. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
