Licensing Authority: Licensing Team, Epping Forest District Council, Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, Essex, CM16 4BZ, (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours or online here at: https://publicprotection.eppingforestdc.gov.uk/NECWS/ES/Presentation/Public/OnlineLicence. Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 20th October 2026. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the address above or by email to: licensing@eppingforestdc.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
