LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Victoria Cox made an application on 16 September 2026 to Northumberland County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of GRO Plant Studio, Unit 6, South Acomb Business Park, Stocksfield, NE43 7AQ.
To Permit: Supply of alcohol (on sales) Monday to Thursday 11:00-16:00; Friday 11:00-21:30; Saturday 10:00-21:30; Sunday 10:00-17:00.
Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service, West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 3JP, or by email to licensing@northumberland.gov.uk, no later than 15 October 2026. The application may be inspected by contacting Northumberland County Council Licensing or online at https://www.northumberland.gov.uk/Business/Licences/Alcohol-entertainment.aspx
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence, will apply.
