Application For A Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that HL Daycare Letchworth Ltd has applied to NORTH HERTFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL for the grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003, in respect Heritage Lounge, Station Place, Station Road, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 3AL. This Application Is For The Proposed Regulated Entertainment Comprising Of The Exhibition Of Films, The Performance Of Live Music And The Playing Of Recorded Music. The Application Also Includes The Supply Of Alcohol For Consumption On The Premises The Proposed Standard Hours Of Operation Are 08:00 – 19:00 From Monday To Friday. During Seasonal Periods, Occasional Pre-Planned And Ticketed Activities Or Special Events May Continue Beyond The Usual 19:00 Closing Time All Seasonal Events Will Be Advertised In Advance, Appropriately Staffed And Limited To No More 80 Attendees. On These Occasions, The Premises Will Close To The Public No Later Than 23:00.

Representations relating to this application must be made in writing to North Hertfordshire District Council, Licensing P O Box 10613, Nottingham, NG6 6DW, or by email to: licensing@north-herts.gov.uk, by no later than 28/10/2026. All relevant representations, including names and addresses, will be supplied to the applicant and included in a public report. The full application can be inspected at the Council Offices during normal working hours by prior appointment only or can be viewed on the Council public register available online at: www.north-herts.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
