APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF LICENCING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

I Charles Ryan Of: 103 Witham, Hull, HU9 1AT

Has applied to the Kingston upon Hull City Council on 28th September 2026 to grant/vary the Premises Licence in the following way:

To increase the times for all licensable activities currently on the premises licence, including the sale of alcohol, from the current times to 24 hours a day every day.

To add late night refreshment to the premises licence between 23.00 and 05.00 every day.

For the premises known as and situated at: Plimsoll Ship Hotel, 103 Witham, Hull HU9 1AT

Anyone wishing to oppose or comment on the application must do so in writing not later than 28 days from the date shown above to: Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Kingston upon Hull, HU9 1DB
