Notice is hereby given that: Somani Hotel, St Albans Limited, in respect of Premises known as: Aubrey Park Hotel, located at: Hemel Hempstead Road, Redbourn, Hertfordshire, AL3 7AF, has applied to ST ALBANS CITY AND DISTRICT COUNCIL for the grant of a Premises Licence. The proposed Licensable Activities are: The Sale/Supply Of Alcohol For Consumption ON The Premises Monday To Sunday: 10:00 - 02:00 24 Hours A Day For Hotel Residents And Their Bona Fide Guests. The Provision Of Late-Night Refreshment (Hot Food And Drink) Monday To Sunday: 23:00 - 02:00. The Provision Of Regulated Entertainment Live And Recorded Music, Monday To Sunday: 10:00 - 02:00.

Any person or responsible authority may make representations in writing regarding this application to The Licensing Section, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts, AL1 3JE, or via email to: licensing@stalbans.gov.uk, no later than 22nd October 2026. A record of the application can be inspected at the Council Offices above during normal office hours or online at: www.stalbans.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
