APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in respect of KFC, 2 Hankridge Way, Taunton, TA1 2LR for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Opening Hours

09:30 to 05:00 Sunday - Saturday

After 00:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a drive thru/delivery collection service only. (No customer access into the restaurant after midnight).

Late Night Refreshment

23:00 to 00:00 – Sunday through Saturday for customers collecting or dining in (restaurant)

23:00 to 05:00 – Sunday through Saturday for drive thru/delivery collection.

(No customer access into the restaurant after midnight).

Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must do so in writing to by 20 October 2026 and send it to; Somerset Council, Licensing, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR or to licensing.west@somerset.gov.uk

Alternatively, a copy is kept by; The Licensing Unit, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Not including bank holidays.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
