What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

PUBLIC NOTICE Application for the variation of a Premises Licence Premises: Belmont House And Gardens, Belmont Park Throwley, Faversham, Kent, ME13 0HH Proposed Variations:

1. To extend the area for licensable activities to include additional areas of the park.

2. To add the licensable activities: performance of dance, performance of plays and performance of film, provision of facilities for dancing to the licence.

3. To increase the hours for live and recorded music and the sale of alcohol.

4. To amend condition 12 of the premises licence to allow children under 16 on the premises after 20:00 when accompanied by an adult

5. To remove condition 13 of the premises licence that requires all paid staff and unpaid staff to receive training on the premises safeguarding policy.

The licensing application can be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Team. Any objections to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Department, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3HT or by email to licensing@swale.gov.uk
