We Zohra and Sons Ltd have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL on 10th September 2026 for a Premises Licence for: So! (SO Bar), Units 1D/1E, Royal Victoria Place, London, E16 1UQ, so that the following Licensable Activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Films, Sale Of Alcohol, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance Of Dance And Anything Of A Similar Description – Sunday To Thursday 09:00 - 00:00, Friday And Saturday 09:00 - 02:00 Day Following. Late Night Refreshment Sunday To Thursday 23:00 - 00:00 And Friday To Saturday 23:00 - 02:00 Day Following. Opening Hours Monday To Sunday 08:00 – 02:30 Day Following And As More Specifically Set Out In The Application.

All on such terms and conditions as are proposed or as may be agreed. Newham Council’s Licensing Register is kept at the office of The Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, E6 2RP. (open 10:00am to 4:00pm Mon to Fri), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected, any queries should be sent to: licensing@newham.gov.uk. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by The Licensing Team at the above address, on or before 14th October 2026. The Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the Licensing Objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine (unlimited) for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
