NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that AYA YILDIZ LTD, has applied to the Licensing Authority of Enfield Council for a Premises Licence for the following licensable activities: Supply of alcohol OFF the premises. Monday to Sunday between 07:00-23:00 with an Opening & Closing time: Monday to Sunday between 07:00-23:00 for the premises known as Budgens Enfield, 257 Green Street, Enfield, EN3 7SH.
Any person wishing to submit relevant representation concerning this application must give notice by emailing licensing@enfield.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 21/10/2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offense is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
