Premises Railway Tap, 1 York Terrace, Whitby, North Yorkshire, YO21 1PT. Notice is given that Whitby Brewery Ltd has applied to North Yorkshire Council, for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are:
Monday to Sunday:
Sale of alcohol ON and OFF the premises 10:00 – 00:00 Provision of Live and Recorded Music
Christmas Eve and Boxing Day open 08:00 – 01:00 New Year's Eve open 08:00 - 02:00
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: North Yorkshire Council, Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG or by email to

licensing.sca@northyorks.gov.uk.

Representations must be received by the date below: 21 st October 2026.
