LICENSING ACT 2003 – NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Matthew Barnett has applied to East Cambridgeshire District Council for a premises licence for Unit 3a, Meadow View Business Park, Reach Road, Burwell, Cambridge CB25 0GH, to permit the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, including an outside area at the front of the premises.
Anyone wishing to make representations about this application must do so in writing to: Licensing, East Cambridgeshire District Council, The Grange, Nutholt Lane, Ely, Cambs CB7 4EE, by 28 October 2026.
The register of licences, and a record of this application, may be inspected at the address above or at www.eastcambs.gov.uk.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
