What is proposed?

Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Torfaen County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Heron Foods, former Working Men’s Club, Folly Lane, Trevethin, NP4 8JB.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.

The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.

The full application can be inspected by contacting Torfaen Licensing Authority (details below) or visiting their website: www.torfaen.gov.uk.

Representations must be submitted in writing to The Licensing Officer, Ty Blaen Torfaen, Panteg Way, New Inn, Pontypool NP4 0LS, or by email to licensing@torfaen.gov.uk.

Representations must be received by 21 October 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
