NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
APPLICANT: EROS LOWFELL LTD
PREMISES: EROS GREEK RESTAURANT, 423 DURHAM ROAD, GATESHEAD, NE9 5AN
Notice is hereby given that Eros Lowfell Ltd has applied on the 22nd September 2026 to Gateshead Council for a New Premises Licence Application under the Licensing Act 2003.
The application sought is to deal with (1) the sale of alcohol (on the premises only) Mon to Sun 09.00 to 22.00 and (2) the opening hours of the premises 09.00 to 22.00 daily. Conditions will apply.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Regent Street, Gateshead, NE8 1HH. Representations must be received no later than 20th October 2026. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.gateshead.gov.uk.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
