Magnum Properties (NE) Limited do hereby give notice that they have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton on Tees Borough Council for the variation of a Premises Licence at 29A Prince Regent Street, Stockton on Tees, TS18 1DF.
The application is to permit the on/off sales of alcohol 10:00 to 03:00 each day and from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day and regulated entertainment and late night refreshment 23:00 to 03:00 each day and from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day ; to change the permitted hours start time from 18:00 to 10:00 each day; to amend the plan and to replace the operating schedule conditions.
Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Service, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ.
Representations must be made in writing or emailed to licensing@stockton.gov.uk no later than the 26th October 2026.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
