APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Pho Trading Limited has applied to the London Borough of Lambeth for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Pho, 150 – 152 Concert Hall Approach, London, SE1 8XU which would authorise the following licensable activities: The sale of alcohol (for consumption on and o f the premises) between the hours of 09:00 and 00:00 daily. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 00:00 daily. The premises would be permitted to open between 09:00 and 00:30 daily.The record of this application may be inspected  during normal o fice hours by an appointment at the Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth, 3rd Floor, Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hi l, London SW2 1EG, or via the licensing authority’s website, at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing 

A responsible authority or any other person may make representation to the
licensing authority in respect of this application.
Representations must be made in writing, either by post to the above address, or by email to licensing@lambeth.gov.uk  and must be received no later than 26 October 2026.

It is an o fence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons wi l be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
