NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Urban Pubs & Bars Limited has applied to London Borough of Wandsworth on 28 September 2026 to vary the premises licence at Hagen & Hyde, 157 Balham High Road, London, SW12 9AU so as to vary the hours for all licensable activities until 02:00 the morning following Wednesday and Thursday evenings (to align with Friday and Saturday), and as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden,Surrey,SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk  to be received by no later than 26 October 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.wandsworth.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. 
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
