To Whom it may concern We Wings Bar Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a variation of Premises Licence At: The Wings Bar 33-35 Imperial Road, Exmouth, EX8 1DB And known as: Wings Bar
The application is to: Remove the existing conditions on annexe 2 of the premises licence 1,2,3 &12 and to add alternative conditions.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton. EX14 1EJ not later than 22 October 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
All representations MUST BE IN WRITING
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority address during normal office hours or on the Council website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connections with this application, the maximum fine on summary convictions is unlimited.
