PUBLIC NOTICE: AN APPLICATION TO GRANT/ VARY PREMISES LICENCE

An application has been made to Chelmsford City Council for the Grant/Variation of a Premises Licence, namely at: New World Sound Ltd, Central Park, Parkway, Chelmsford, CM2 0RW, to supply the following (up to a maximum of two weekends a year, Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon) on the events field

Opening times - Thursday-15:00 to 23:00, Friday-15:00 to 23:00, Saturday-12:00 to 23:00, Sunday-12:00 to 23:00, Monday-12:00 to 21:30

Sale of alcohol - Thursday-15:00 to 22:30, Friday-15:00 to 22:30, Saturday-12:00 to 22:30, Sunday-12:00 to 22:30, Monday-12:00 to 21:00

Provision of Live & Recorded Music - Thursday-15:00 to 22:30, Friday-15:00 to 22:30, Saturday-12:00 to 22:30, Sunday-12:00 to 22:30, Monday-12:00 to 21:00

Provision of Film - Thursday-15:00 to 22:30, Friday-15:00 to 22:30, Saturday-12:00 to 22:30, Sunday-12:00 to 22:30, Monday-12:00 to 21:00

Provision of Dance & Plays - Thursday-15:00 to 22:30, Friday-15:00 to 22:30, Saturday-12:00 to 22:30, Sunday-12:00 to 22:30, Monday-12:00 to 21:00. 

Provision of anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music, or performances of dance - Thursday-15:00 to 22:30, Friday-15:00 to 22:30.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing within 28 days of the posting of this notice.

All representations must be made by Tuesday, 27 October in writing, addressed to: The Licensing Team at: Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE or by email to: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk

It is a summary offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
