Acklam Rugby Club Limited do hereby give notice that they have applied to the Licensing Authority at Middlesbrough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Acklam Rugby Club, Talbot Park, Saltersgill Avenue, Middlesbrough, TS4 3PR.
The application is to permit the sale of alcohol on and off the premises and the provision of regulated entertainment from 11:00 to 23:00 Monday to Saturday; 12:00 to 22:30 on Sunday and from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to 02:00 New Years day.
Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Manager, Middlesbrough Council Licensing, Fountain Court, Grange Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 2DT.
Representations must be made in writing or emailed to licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk no later than 27th October 2026.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
