Foley Road West - Application To Vary The Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Walsall Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Foley Arms at 293 Foley Road West, Streetly, Sutton Coldfield. B74 3NU.
The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To permit Films externally between 10:00 until 22:00 hours.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 20th October 2026 (www.walsall.gov.uk)
