We, S & F Retail Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied on 15 September 2026 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: General Store, 30 – 31 The Square, Winchester, SO23 9EX. The application is for:

Thu to Sat 1700 to 2200

Recorded Music:

Mon to Wed 0700 to 2000

Thu to Sat 0700 to 2300

Sun 0800 to 2000

Sale of Alcohol:

Mon to Wed 0700 to 2000

Thu to Sat 0700 to 2300

Sun 0800 to 2000

(for consumption on the premises)

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 13 October 2026, details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council’s website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
