NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs Trading Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Old Bank, 151 The Parade High Street, Watford WD17 1NA The variation proposed is as follows:- To increase the terminal hour to 02.30 for the sale of alcohol, recorded music, live music and late-night refreshment and amend the closing time to 03.00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Amend the opening start time to 08.00 every day. Amend the wording of condition 20 and non-standard timings for New Years Eve. A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Watford Borough Council Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Watford Borough Council Licensing Authority on 17 September 2026 and any representations must be made in writing to Watford Borough Council Licensing Authority or licensing@watford.gov.uk at the above address no later than 15 October 2026.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
