The variations proposed are as follows: The proposed variation is to cover structural changes to the business and an updated site plan. An agricultural storage barn has been built. A Dutch Barn (Dutch Barn 1) has been built and let as a gym, a second agricultural barn (Dutch Barn 2) has been built. The Farm Shop has been extended slightly. The internal layouts of both the Farm Shop and the barn used as the Barn Kitchen (Cafe) have updated internal plans. The hours the premises is open to the public have also been amended slightly to include until 23:00 on a Friday night.
