Notice is hereby given that Emma Dean has applied for the variation of a Premises Licence at The Boot Micropub, 2 Market Square, Wellington TF1 1BP to permit extended opening hours on Friday and Saturday evenings as stated in the application.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, clearly stating the grounds for the representation no later than 16 th October 2026.
The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 to provide the applicant with full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
