APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Padda Retail Limited have applied to Bolsover District Council as the Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises licence in respect of: New Victoria, Acreage La, Shirebrook, MANSFIELD NG20 8RL. The application is to authorize: OFF Sale of Alcohol 06:00 to 23:00hrs DAILY. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6NG or email licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk not later than 19th October 2026. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Section on 01246 217884/217885. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
