I Julian Royston hereby give notice that an application was made to Brighton & Hove City Council on the 23/09/2026 for the grant of a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Roystons 6 Victoria Terrace, Hove, BN3 2WB from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 22:00 Sunday.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Brighton & Hove City Council, Licensing Team Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ. or online at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above, or by email at EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk. The last day for representations being the 21/10/2026
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
