Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that I Bryn Steven Tyson have applied to Westmorland and Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Former Water tower, Former bike cafe hub, Annex building Ulverston Station approach Ulverston LA12 0DP.
The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol Monday to Thursday 07:30am - 19:00pm, Friday & Saturday 07:30am - 23:00pm, Sunday 09:00am - 23:00pm.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4UQ or email: licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Council office at the address given above between 10.00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website - www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk
