Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Isle of Wight Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, Unit 1, Newport Retail Park, Godric Road, Newport PO30 2LF to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plan and other documents submitted between 8:30 am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Fridays at: Isle of Wight Council, Licensing Section, Jubilee Stores, The Quay, Newport, Isle of Wight PO30 2EH. www.iwight.com/licensing
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application should do so in writing, sending all correspondence to the above address by 15 October 2026.
Failure to meet this deadline may jeopardise the chance of any comments being taken into account.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
