What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston’s PLC to the Licensing Authority of BCP Council (Bournemouth) to vary the Premises Licence for the Kings Arms at 252 Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH10 4HZ.
The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To permit films and indoor sporting events, Monday to Thursday 10:00 until 00:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 until 01:00 and Sunday 11:00 until 23:00. 3. To extend licensable activities in respect of Friday and Saturday until 01:00. 4. To permit licensable activities externally between 10:00 and 22:00. 5. To delete conditions at Annex 2: 2.1, 2.2, 2.12 and 2.18. 6. To amend conditions at Annex 2: 2.7, 2.19 and add additional children’s condition.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 14th October 2026 (www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk)
