Notice of application for the grant of a premises licence
Notice is hereby given that S&R Retailing Ltd has applied under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Darlington Borough Council (the licensing authority) for the grant of a premises licence for the convenience store premises at 91B West Auckland Road, Darlington DL3 0LL for the for the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises. The licensing authority’s register, which shall include a record of this application, is kept at the Licensing Section, Darlington Borough Council, The Town Hall, Fleetams, Darlington DL1 5QT and may be inspected there during normal office hours or viewed online at www.darlington.gov.uk
Any representation to this application must be made in writing and received by the licensing authority by no later than 19 October 2026. Representations can be sent to the Licensing Section at the above address or emailed to licensing@darlington.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
