London Borough of Southwark - Premier Local SE16 - premises licence

Notice of Application for a Premises Licence made under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Please take notice that Thewarobinson Thewarasa has made application to 
Southwark Council for a new Premises Licence in respect of: Premier Local, 3 Nordic Court, Rotherhithe New Road, London SE16 2AH. The relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on, or from the premises are Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises 08:00 Hours to 23:00 hours each day. A register of all applications made within the Southwark area is maintained by The Licensing Service,  Hub 1, 3RD Floor, 160 Tooley Street, 
London, SE1 2QH. A record of this application may be inspected by visiting the office during normal office hours by appointment on 020 7525 2000; details are also on our website at https://app.southwark.gov.uk/   It is 
open to any person to make representations about the likely effect of the application on the promotion of the licensing objectives. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Service at the office address given above (or by email via licensing@southwark.gov.uk ) and be received by the Licensing Unit by 22nd October 2026 Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
