NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Heron Foods Limited has applied for a Premises Licence for premises to be known as Heron Foods, 179 Western Avenue, Speke, Liverpool, L24 3UP.

The proposed licensable activities are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.

The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it by email to - liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.

Representations can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH or by email to licensingact2003@liverpool.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than the 21 October 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
