Notice is hereby given that Colchester City Food Limited has applied in respect of Cuckoo Dough, 12 Short Wyre Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1LN, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: sale of alcohol indoors for consumption on and off the premises (Sunday-Friday 10:00-22:00; Saturday 09:00-22:00); sale of alcohol on the outdoor customer terrace/patio (Sunday-Friday 10:00-21:00; Saturday 09:00-21:00); films, live music, recorded music and performance of dance indoors (Sunday-Friday 10:00-23:00; Saturday 09:00-23:00); and late night refreshment indoors (Sunday-Saturday 23:00-00:00).
