APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

The application, if granted, is to amend the following details on the Premises Licence:

• To extend the hours the premises are open to the public to 02:30 Monday to Wednesday, 03:00 Thursday and Sunday and 04:00 Friday and Saturday, on the following morning.

• To extend the sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) and recorded music, including DJs, to 02:00 Monday to Wednesday, 02:30 Thursday and Sunday and 03:30 Friday and Saturday - 30 minutes before closing each day.

• To extend live music to 00:30 on every day.

• To add late night refreshment from 23:00 until 30 minutes before closing each day, for consumption on the premises only.

• To add conditions on door supervision, noise monitoring and the smoking area, and remove the superseded door supervision condition.
