APPLICATION FOR VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ILS Operations Limited t/a McDonalds Restaurants have applied to the London Borough of Croydon on 25th September 2026 for a Variation to Premises Licence for McDonalds Restaurant, 22 Hesterman Way, Croydon, CR0 4YA.
The Premises Licence currently allows the restaurant to open from 05:00 every day and to remain open and provide late night refreshment until 03:00 Sundays to Wednesdays and until 04:00 Thursdays to Saturdays. The Variation is to extend the opening hours and licensable hours for late night refreshment to enable the restaurant to trade 24/7.

If you wish to make any representations in relation to this application, please do so in writing, within 28 days from the date of this notice to the above listed address. Representation period ends on 23rd October 2026.
