APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former Poundstretcher), S8 Manchester New Road, Middleton, Manchester M24 4EL to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing (official forms must be used and are available from the following address or the Rochdale Council website) to the Licensing Manager at The Licensing Unit, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU. Representations may be made during 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice and by no later than 23 October 2026.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Unit, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9-11am or 2-4pm, except bank holidays.

It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary conviction, for making a false statement is an unlimited fine.
