THE LICENSING ACT 2003 (PREMISES LICENCES AND CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS 2005 Regulation 25 Notice

TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We TAMWORTH FOOTBALL CLUB do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Tamworth Borough Council for the variation of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as:- TAMWORTH FOOTBALL CLUB, THE LAMB GROUND, KETTLEBROOK ROAD, KETTLEBROOK, TAMWORTH.B77 1AA for the following proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, or from the premises: AMEND LICENSABLE AREA TO INCLUDE ALL THE STADIUM, AND GROUNDS. INCREASE LICENSED AREA CAPACITY TO 9999

Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation, should send to Licensing Section , Tamworth Borough Council, Marmion House, Lichfield Street, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 7BZ or email publicprotection@tamworth.gov.uk no later than 23:59 on Friday 23rd October 2026 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.tamworth.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
