NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Amazon UK Services Ltd to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Unit 5, Panattoni Park, Bellingham Way, Aylesford, Kent, ME20 7DL.
The proposed application is for a premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises from 00:00am to 23:59am Monday to Sunday.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council Licensing Authority at Gibson Building Gibson Drive Kings Hill West Malling Kent ME19 4LZ or by email no later than 19 October 2026 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
