Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Torbay Council’s Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises shown below. Details of the application can be inspected on the Torbay Council Website at www.torbay.gov.uk/current-applications and at the Licensing Department, Torbay Council, Town Hall, Castle Circus, Torquay, TQ1 3DR, between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Representations submitted after the specified date cannot be considered.

maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction, is £5000.
