We Charlotte's in Bath Street Ltd hereby give notice that we have made an application to the Bath and North East Somerset Council on Wednesday 23rd September 2026 for grant of a new premises licence in respect of the premises situated at 3-4 Bath Street, Bath BA1 1SB and to be known known by the sign of Charlotte's.

The proposed application is to permit The sale by retail of alcohol 10.00 - 24.00 daily and New Year's Eve - 10.00 - 02.00

The provision of late night refreshment so that the premises licence holder can provide provide hot food and hot beverages from 23.00 - 24.00 daily and New Year's Eve 23.00 - 02.00

Date by which Interested Parties and Responsible Authorities may make representations is 21st October 2026. Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at: www. bathnes.gov.uk/public-registers.

All representations regarding this application must be in writing and sent to: Bath and North East Somerset Council, Licensing Services, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath BA1 1JG or Emailed to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk.

Any representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
