The Green, Birmingham - Application To Vary The Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Birmingham City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Bulls Head at The Green, Kings Norton, Birmingham. B38 8RU.
The application includes the following terms:-
1. To change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To permit Films, Live Music and Recorded Music externally between the hours of 10:00 and 20:00 hours daily.
3. To amend three conditions relating to the provision of external regulated entertainment.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 19th October 2026 (www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing )
