NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
LUCA KITCHEN LTD has applied to Coventry City Council for a new premises licence at 40 Moor Street, Coventry, CV5 6EQ.
The application is to provide the sale/supply of alcohol on the premises Monday to Sunday 12pm-11pm and regulated entertainment Monday to Sunday 5pm-10pm.

The application may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address and further information may be available on the public register at www.coventry.gov.uk.
Any representation relating to this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by 26 October 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
