Licensing Act 2003 – Notice of Application to Wigan Council

An application for a New Premises Licence has been made by Wigan St Patricks ARLFC for the
premises known as / situated at St Patricks Amateur Rugby League Football Club, Harper
Street, Wigan, WN1 3BN

The application seeks to provide the following:
 Provision of Plays (Indoors and Outdoors), Provision of Films (Indoors and Outdoors), Indoor Sporting Events, Boxing or Wrestling (Indoors and Outdoors), Recorded Music (Indoors and Outdoors) and Supply of Alcohol (On the premises): Monday - Sunday
09:00 to 01:00
 Live Music (Indoors and Outdoors): Monday – Sunday 09:00 to 00:00
 Late Night Refreshment (indoors): Friday – Saturday: 23:00 to 01:00
 Opening Hours: Monday - Sunday 09:00 to 02:00

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained

Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 22 October 2026. All representations
must be made in writing by the above date.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the
