Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Wagamama Limited in respect of Premises known as Wagamama - 160 Cardiff Mermaid Quay, Unit 12, Mermaid Quay, Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, CF10 5BZ applied to Cardiff Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to update the licensing layout drawings attached to the premises licence for the Ground Floor and First Floor of the premises and facilitate the extension of the premises into a small neighbouring unit, to extend the customer dining area.
All licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours and all conditions to remain as existing. See application for full details.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Team Manager (Licensing), Cardiff Council, Enterprise House,127 - 129 Bute Street, Cardiff, CF10 5LE or by email to licensing@cardiff.gov.uk no later than 20th October 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Cardiff Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.cardiff.gov.uk
