NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that: ALYAQUT LTD Has applied on this day 22nd September 2026 to Ealing Council to vary a Premises Licence to permit:

1. Opening Hours to The Public: - Monday to Sunday 11:00 until 03:00

2. The Retail Sale of Alcohol: (On Sales Only) Monday to Saturday 10:00 until 02:30 - Sunday 12:00 until 02:30

3. Late Night Refreshment: (Indoors Only) Monday to Sunday 23:00 until 02:30

4. The variation also seeks to remove and replace the obsolete embedded restrictions contained in Annex 2 and to add conditions contained in a supplementary operating schedule requiring the premises to operate as a bona fide seated restaurant.

For the premises known as: ALYAQUT RESTAURANT Situated at: 10–12 Abbey Parade, Ealing, London W5 1EE

To be received by no later than 19 October 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation and must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives. The prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, The prevention of public nuisance, The protection of children from harm.

Copies of representations will be included in reports to the licensing sub-committee and therefore will pass into the public domain.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
