Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to The licensing Team, North Devon District Council, Lynton House, Commercial Road, Barnstaple, Devon EX31 1DG by post or email to licensing@noddevon.gov.uk Representations most be received no later than:19/10/2026.
The licensing Register and the application may be viewed online at:https://www.northdevon.gov.uk/business/licences-and-pertnits/entertainment-and-alcohol-licences or at the above address during office hours by appointment.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
