The applicant proposes to vary the following licensable activities or qualifying club activities on or from the above premises/club premises as follows:
To extend the boundary of the existing premises licence to include the newly registered area of land immediately in front of Kidderminster Town Hall, including the podium and steps. The area will be used for events and for the sale and consumption of alcohol. No changes to the existing licensed hours are requested. Operating hours between 8.00am and 2.30am when applicable.
